seeaud.io Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Seller Information

The service provider and seller is Codeart Kamil Kaminski, Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8982248130, correspondence address: Kamienskiego 202/42, 51-126 Wroclaw, Poland.

Contact email: contact@seeaud.io.

2. Service Description

seeaud.io is an app for creating music visualizer videos.

Watermark removal is a one-time purchase. It grants lifetime watermark-removal access to the purchasing account, subject to these Terms and mandatory law.

3. Account Access and Security

Account access is passwordless through Google or a single-use magic link sent to your email address.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account or email account used to sign in. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to contact@seeaud.io.

4. Price

The current watermark-removal price is shown at checkout before payment.

5. Payment Method

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details in our systems.

6. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms successful payment for the checkout session and the watermark-removal entitlement is assigned to your account.

7. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital service activated immediately after payment, refunds are generally not granted once access is successfully enabled, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

If you were charged but watermark-removal access was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side, contact us at contact@seeaud.io and we will fix access or provide a refund.

8. Withdrawal Right (14 Days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online contracts.

By accepting these Terms and requesting immediate service performance, you expressly agree that watermark-removal access starts right after payment and acknowledge that your withdrawal right is lost once the digital service has been fully performed.

9. Suspension for Abuse

We may suspend access to an account or its payment entitlement in response to fraud, attempted entitlement manipulation, unlawful use, or other abuse. We will act proportionately, and this section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or 100% uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the service.

11. Privacy Choices

Optional usage analytics and session replay are not required to use the service or receive purchased access. Accepting these Terms does not give consent to optional tracking. You can manage those choices in Privacy settings. Our Privacy Policy describes data processing, including basic cookieless statistics and technical diagnostics.
